Hello there! I’m a father, a software engineer => manager => information security guy, soccer player, runner (at times), birder and general outdoor enthusiast. I’ve lived in the San Francisco bay area (in the great state of California) for most of my life.

As my posts indicate, I am interested in history, nature and food – among other various topics.
